New:Entire house rental $300/day, $1500/week $5000.00/month. June1st 2007 to Sept.30th 2007

rental items available including linens and kitchen supplies
$150.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee and $500.00 Refundable damage deposit
Deposits:
A
50% deposit is required at time of booking. All additional
charges are payable upon arrival.
Cancellations:
A $50.00
administration fee will be charged with sufficient 14 days notice. If less than 14 days, your deposit will be
withheld.
Check-Out: In order to prepare our rooms for incoming
guests, check out is by 11:00 am. Since your departure is based on the
ferry timing, we will happily store your items until you are ready
to leave.

Refreshments: Coffee,
tea, bottled water and hot chocolate is available to our guests 24
hours a day, so please help yourself. *Not applicable for Vacation Rental June thru September.

put towels or linens you would like laundered daily in the
hamper and place outside your door.

nAll
our rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to
smoke on the deck or outside.

are welcome to use TV, DVD’s, cards and board games and
enjoy the fabulous view - binoculars are also provided.

Control:

room has its own thermostat, so please set to the temperature you are
most comfortable with.
